The running joke with some people in my inner circle is I get lost each time I step out of my house.
There is a grain of truth in that.
My only saving grace lately has been my phone gps that helps me get where I need to be as long as I don't fight it.
And I fight it - A LOT.
It always wins.
Anyway,today I was driving from one end of town to another to meet a friend and because I was jamming hard I missed my turn and ended up in the country side.
There were no cars or people or even animals but my God the scenery was breathtaking.
I was lost but I slowed down a minute to just take it all in and enjoy it.
So today,I'm grateful for misdirection that lets me enjoy sights I never would have otherwise seen.
