I had the perfect opportunity to do something.
It was something incredibly silly.
It would have hurt me emotionally.
No one would have known if I did it.
I chose NOT to do it.
This is a HUGE deal to me.
I'm insanely proud of myself right this moment and today,I'm grateful for self control.
